Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival at Cochin

On arrival at Cochin International Airport you’ll be met and assisted with the transfer to your hotel. Staying in Fort Cochin means the historic buildings and bustling markets are close at hand.
Overnight in Fort Cochin.

Day 2
Cochin - Alleppey - Houseboat cruise

After breakfast drive 2 hours to Alleppey. Board your houseboat as your cruise begins- enjoy a welcome drink followed by lunch with further backwater cruising time in the afternoon.

Day 3
Alleppey backwaters

After breakfast on board, cruise a short distance further to your backwater resort or homestay and check-in here. From an on-land base you’ll be able to explore the backwaters more thoroughly by smaller boat or on foot, by bicycle etc. We can also arrange kayaking if this is of interest. Overnight on the Alleppey backwaters.

Day 4
Alleppey sightseeing

Today you can make an excursion into Alleppey town, take a heritage walk, visit local craftspeople and stroll on the beach. The nearby fishing village of Mararikulam is also a nice place to visit.

Day 5
Alleppey - Cochin - Depart

You’ll need to leave Alleppey 4-5 hours before your flight’s departure time. Head to Cochin airport and fly to your next destination.
